On Saturday, 24th May, at 4 pm, you are invited to mingle among the well-stocked bookshelves and get to know the workings of Galerija Fotografija's bookshop.
Flipping through art books, photobooks and theoretical works, you will have the opportunity to meet selected invited artists, authors of photobooks, in a relaxed atmosphere and have a personal discussion about their fascinating work.
The artists joining us are Tilyen Mucik, the author of the photobook Plant-Based, who has just become one of the winners of Belfast Photo Festival, Lucija Rosc, whose LP Mica Reads Jokes has become a crowd-favourite, Simon Chang, whose photobook Shepherds and the Slaughterhouse won the most beautifully designed book and book of the year awards at the Slovenian Book Fair in 2023, among others, and Nik Erik Neubauer, whose first book, You Always Cry Twice When You Go to the South, has already sold out, and whose second, Where's the Afters? will soon suffer the same fate. :)
