ABOUT THE SERIES
The photographic project The Water Dragon of Venice reveals the elementary space levels of the Venetian lagoon as experienced by the author in 2013 and continued until 2015, when he was discovering known but also hidden corners of the lagoon by boat. Brecelj’s Venetian dragon is primarily the water dragon, awareness and energy of water reflecting other elemental and existential levels.
